As a Junior Associate in Adobe Analytics, based in India, you will help design and deliver reliable digital measurement across our web ecosystem, ensuring every tag, event, and classification drives insight with speed and accuracy. You will join a global, fast-moving team that is tightly integrated with our enterprise functions and markets. Your work will translate measurement plans into robust implementations, enabling data-driven decisions across campaigns, content, and customer experiences. Accountabilities: Measurement Plan Translation: Work with business stakeholders to understand measurement and reporting requirements, and convert them into precise Adobe Analytics designs that meet business needs. Tagging Implementation and Governance: Develop and deploy web analytics tags across websites using a tag management system, ensuring consistent instrumentation and data cleanliness. Tealium IQ Operations: Configure, test, and maintain tags in Tealium IQ, documenting technical approaches and versioning changes for traceability and reuse. JavaScript and Plugin Integration: Develop and modify JavaScript and Adobe Analytics plugins to support data capture across digital properties, optimizing for performance and maintainability. Data Quality and Auditing: Validate, debug, and audit tag implementations; maintain audit logs; and proactively resolve issues to protect data integrity. Third-Party Media Tags: Implement and manage third-party pixels (e.g., Floodlights, Facebook), ensuring alignment with privacy, compliance, and measurement standards.
