degree in civil engineering or geology/geoscience, post graduate qualification in a geotechnical subject, relevant professional experience, good understanding of ground investigation techniques, proven site experience including ground investigation supervision, site walkover surveys/ geotechnical inspections, geotechnical design experience of structures, foundations and earthworks, experience in general numerical software such as Geostudio, Repute, Wallap etc., willingness to travel on short assignments both within the UK and overseas, valid UK driving licence

working towards chartered status, experience of working in a fast‑moving engineering consultancy environment
