What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, 2-3 years of experience in designing and developing architectural solutions within the building materials or construction industry, Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, or similar), MS Office: Word, Power Point, Excel and excellent skills in technical drawing, Ability to closely work with architects, investors. building companies, civil engineers, Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Excellent understanding of construction materials, building codes, and industry standards, Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian

What You'll Do.
Offer design proposals
considering optimization of daylight quality in interiors with VELUX solutions
Leverage personal insight and knowledge to recommend optimal design solutions
including creating basic drawings and possible modifications to existing drawings
Proactively manage architect practices through engaging meetings aimed at inspiring and educating on daylight designs and product guidance
Listen attentively to partners
understanding their design needs and the key drivers behind their projects
Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to establish and nurture partnerships
fostering relevance and raising awareness of our roof window solutions
Provide technical support for Sales team and follow up on the projects from the early stage to the end
Collaboration on materials
tools and training for professionals and next generations of architects
Collaboration on marketing activities related to the promotion of show houses and open days events
Document case stories and produce high-quality content for professional target audiences
Monitoring architectural trends (sustainability
healthy lifestyle etc.)
Establish a network with influential architecture universities and course leaders
presenting and providing VELUX content to inspire the next generations of architects with our principles of designing Healthy Indoors and Sustainable Building Practices
Cultivate relationships with relevant regional and local architectural societies and influencers
