What They're Looking For.
Must Have
first professional experience in app marketing, mobile performance marketing, or app user acquisition, worked hands-on with app marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, or TikTok, exposure to Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust or AppsFlyer, basic understanding of mobile attribution and app tracking, analytical mindset, confident working with data, KPIs, and testing to support optimization and decision-making, ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn, proactive and collaborative approach, communication skills across teams, business fluent in English, good German skills
What You'll Do.
Support the execution of app acquisition campaigns
Assist in the setup and optimization of CRM campaigns
Collaborate with analytics
product and tech teams to monitor and optimize campaign performance
attribution and funnel KPIs
Contribute to A/B testing initiatives across creatives
audiences and messaging
progressively take ownership of app marketing projects
Help prepare app performance reports
