What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Minimum one year of progressive experience in accounting, including Big 4/public accounting or industry experience, Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting, data organization)
Nice to Have
CPA, Experience in a public company environment or with SEC reporting
What You'll Do.
Assisting with journal entries
Account reconciliations
Basic financial analysis
Track and follow up on reconciling items and open issues
Maintain supporting documentation for accounting entries and reconciliations
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Ensure adherence to accounting policies
Help compile data for internal financial reporting and management requests
Perform basic variance and trend analysis
Gain exposure to financial statements and corporate accounting processes
Learn and apply US GAAP concepts through hands‑on work and review feedback
