Knorex operates across the US and APAC. Position Description We are currently seeking an (Digital) Ad Operations Specialist to join our sales and product development team in further growing the XPO platform where your primary responsibility will be working closely with the sales team to serve our customers. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, multi-tasking individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are goal-oriented, driven and enjoy being the “go-to” person for training, product knowledge and getting things into order. You shall be the point of exchange for our customers, sales and operation teams. Key Responsibilities · Work with clients to identify requirements. Develop a critical understanding of clients' and partners' business and their objectives; · Manage the overall expectation, needs and progress of the assigned clients' accounts; · Assist in customers’ understanding of the XPO platform; · Participate in cross-functional collaboration for customer and sales support; · Coordinate work plan closely with the client, operational and technical teams to ensure successful and timely campaign delivery; · Coordinate with our sales team to review results and new strategy proposals with clients for the next campaigns, and to provide timely feedback; · Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines; Desired Skills and Experience · 1 year to 3 years of working experience in digital media and/or IT preferred; · Good C
