This role is ideal for graduates who want to build a solid**accounting foundation and develop client communication skills.** ## **Responsibilities** * Support day-to-day**accounting and finance operations** (AP, AR, GL, Procure-to-Pay) * Process and review accounting data such as i**nvoices, payments, and open items** * Assist with bank postings, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations * Support month-end closing activities under supervision * Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients **(mainly in German) via email and calls** * Follow up on open items and support issue resolution * Work with accounting systems and MS Excel * Learn **accounting standards, internal processes, and client requirements** * Participate in **international projects** and team knowledge sharing ## **What you need to succeed** * University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar * **German language skills at C1 level (spoken and written)** * Good command of English * Basic understanding of **accounting principles** * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn * Ability to work with data accurately and meet deadlines * Positive attitude and interest in**finance and client work** * Experience with Excel and accounting sy
