VIE Contract, available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
French and German are a plus, SAP knowledge is a plus, Swiss GAAP and IFRS preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform account reconciliations and open items review
Process and monitor accounting transactions including vendors
Fixed Assets & Leases
intercompany operations
Payroll and cash movements
Prepare and book monthly closing entries
Support the preparation of reporting packages
Assist in the preparation of analytical reviews and variance analysis
Support quarterly VAT declarations and compliance reporting
Assist in the preparation of Swiss statutory financial statements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Senior Accountant, Head of A2R, global shared service centers and regional teams) and external stakeholders (Payroll providers, External Auditors); collaborate effectively across different time zones and cultural backgrounds
Communication Scope
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Process & Methodology
Support the migration to SHIFT system for eligible entities, participate in entity integration project and business consolidation activities, Contribute to process improvements and system implementations
