## Job Description Financial Management: Assist in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports for our global real estate investments. Request statements of accounts to proceed with reconciliation and decide on settlement/collection. Conduct proper reconciliation of accounts receivables & payables and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Keep track of financial models for real estate investments, with a clear understanding of performance measures such as dividend yield, tax implications, project IRR, cap rate ratios and others; Global Compliance: Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards and regulations for our real estate ventures across different jurisdictions. Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits. Data Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in our real estate investment portfolio. Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights. ## Job Specification Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Cleared CA Intermediate 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a focus on real estate investments. Previous employment with a Big 4 accounting firm, with experience in advisory services. Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Skills: Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis. Be able to deliver to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload. Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
