What You'll Do.
Process and manage incoming invoices
Maintain and reconcile creditors ledger
Run weekly supplier payment cycles
Resolve AP inbox queries
Post and reconcile bank transactions
Maintain and update short-term cash flow forecasts
Support VAT return preparation
Post and allocate customer receipts
Perform monthly reconciliations of fixed asset register
Manage fixed asset additions
Review and approve Purchase Requests
Review and approve Purchase Orders
Monitor and resolve system sync errors
Review exceptional expense claims
Manage expense reimbursement process
Complete employee expense runs
Complete bank reconciliations
Ensure bank statements are saved
Post fixed asset depreciation
Post amortisation schedules
Support month-end tasks
