Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience, Basic understanding of accounting principles, Basic understanding of Belgian accounting standards, Knowledge of AP/AR, Knowledge of general accounting processes, Experience with ERP systems, Good Excel skills, Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, English: Fluent, Dutch: Fluent or professional level

What You'll Do.
Support daily accounting activities
Assist with AP/AR activities
Monitor bank transactions
Support month-end closing
Prepare reconciliations
Assist with VAT administration
Maintain communication with clients
Support audit processes
Maintain accounting records
Collaborate with Finance teams
Support accounting activities
Assist in creation of procedures
Support continuous improvement
Participate in ad hoc projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Finance teams in Brussels and Madrid; Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders; Maintain daily communication with external accounting service provider; Collaborate with Finance teams and business stakeholders across multiple international entities and regions; Team player with communication skills; Ability to work in a multicultural environment
