What You'll Do.

Process accounts payable

Maintain accounts payable

Process accounts receivable

Maintain accounts receivable

Coordinate AP renewals

Communicate with vendors

Resolve vendor discrepancies

Assist onboard new vendors

Perform bookkeeping functions

Maintain record keeping

Perform account reconciliations

Resolve reconciliation discrepancies

Assist with treasury functions

Monitor cash balances

Assist with cash flow budgeting

Assist with cash flow forecasting

Prepare GST/PST returns

Assist with month-end closing

Prepare financial statements

Prepare management reports

Liaise with family members

Liaise with internal teams

Support various initiatives

Provide office administration

Assist with special projects
