What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on Key Accounts, Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, Enjoyment of active prospecting, building pipelines from scratch, Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, Self-initiative and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented, Experience building relationships with decision-makers at the executive level, Proficient use of CRM software and Microsoft Office, AI-savvy mindset, actively using AI tools for efficiency in research, outreach, preparation, or pipeline management, Willingness to travel up to 30% of working time, sometimes on short notice, Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) - mandatory
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry is a clear plus
What You'll Do.
Account development: Identifying
and building sustainable relationships with key customers in the transport and logistics industry in the DACH region
Sales strategy: Developing and implementing customized sales strategies including market research
new customer identification
and individual sales presentations
Pipeline management: Building and maintaining a strong upsell pipeline through active lead follow-up and tapping into new opportunities in existing customer business; Target: 15% growth in existing customers in 2026
Product knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of our SaaS solutions and convincingly communicating their added value to prospects and existing customers
Presentations & Demos: Conducting convincing product demonstrations and presentations
that directly address customer needs
Customer growth & Expansion: Nurturing long-term customer relationships
identifying upsell and cross-sell potential
and driving measurable account expansion
Negotiation & Closing: Conducting contract and price negotiations to win new business and expand existing partnerships
including the implementation of our new commercialization strategy
Revenue responsibility: Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
New customer acquisition: Actively driving new business through outbound activities
and personal networks
Market intelligence: Keeping an eye on industry trends
competitive developments
