What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2-3 years’ experience working in an agency/high volume adaptation environment, Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and English communication skills required, Experience delivering creative adaptation production for retail and paid media campaigns, Cross channel Retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH, Ecom, Paid Media, Experience with multiple projects across multiple languages at once, A basic understanding of channel best practices (retail, social, digital), Ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment, Ability to quickly immerse in brands, problem-solve and be fully into role within 90 days with support from Senior Account Team, Smooth team operations with execution of projects on time and with excellence (with support from Senior Account team), Good understanding of how long things take and ability to estimate time required for creatives, Good communication and willingness to comfortable working across time zones with remote teammates, Experience managing projects from briefing to delivery

Nice to Have

Experience working in an advertising sports and lifestyle category is a plus, Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects and what they’re used for

Role: Junior Account Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates About the role: As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in running and helping grow one of our client teams. In this role, you will ensure smooth delivery of projects through our team, representing the clients voice within our team and advocating for our team with our clients. What you will be doing: Support the delivery of all asset creation across; Retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH and Press under the guidance of the Account Management team Support project delivery, escalating issues to the Account Management team and under the guidance of senior Account team members Be pro-active
