What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field, 1–3 years of experience in account management, logistics coordination, or client-facing sales roles, communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Exposure to eCommerce, cross-border shipping, or freight forwarding is a advantage, Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office / Google Workspace, Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Noon, Amazon UAE, etc. ) is advantageous

Manage day-to-day client relationships
Execute strategic account plans
Resolve client issues promptly
Monitor shipment performance
Maintain client records
Identify upsell opportunities
Prepare proposals and pricing
Track revenue performance
Act as first point of contact
Understand client logistics requirements
Escalate complex issues
Contribute to process improvements
Update sales pipelines
Prepare account status updates
Track client onboarding milestones
Liaise with internal teams

Coordinate with internal operations, customs, and last-mile teams; Liaise with internal teams (operations, IT, customs, finance); Work effectively across departments
