Al meer dan 100 jaar realiseren we ambitieuze bouwprojecten verspreid over heel Vlaanderen. Ons portfolio is breed: van zorginstellingen, kantoorgebouwen en residentiële projecten tot sportinfrastructuur en industriële complexen. Om onze groei mee vorm te geven, zoeken we een Junior Aankoper met een passie voor cijfers én bouw. Iemand die analytisch denkt, commercieel ingesteld is en graag samenwerkt om elk project naar een hoger niveau te tillen. We willen exce!! eren in onze dienstverlening naar klanten. We zijn dan ook TROTS! om de helm van Vanhout te dragen! Als Junior Aankoper maak je deel uit van een ervaren team van drie collega’s. Samen ondersteunen jullie onze werven door op zoek te gaan naar de beste leveranciers, partners en materialen. Je taken: * Ondersteunen van het aankoopproces rekening houdend met de opgelegde eisen (beschrijving, kwaliteit, prijs, leveringstermijn, betalingsvoorwaarden,…) * Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen van prijzen in overleg met de werfleiding; overleg zal regelmatig plaatsvinden op de werf; * Je analyseert de ingediende offertes en verwerkt deze in een heldere prijsvergelijking; * Je voert onderhandelingen met leveranciers en onderaannemers omtrent de ingediende offertes. Waarna je onderaannemingscontracten en bestellingen opmaakt; * Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en alternatieven die tijd en geld besparen – zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit.; * De noden van projectleiders en andere afdelingen in kaart brengen. * Je commerciële kant aanreiken en mee u
