What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, Three (3) years of administrative experience, Valid Arizona driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience working in a court system, law office, or other legal setting
What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support to Judge or Commissioner
Prepare and maintain daily court calendars
Process motions and set hearings/trial dates
Arrange for interpreters and court services
Review case files for completeness
Prepare information for Judge's review
Prepare courtroom and manage calendar flow
Assist in case flow management
Provide coverage to assigned locations
Answer questions from litigants and attorneys
Process mail and correspondence
Collaborate with other divisions
Provide administrative support for customer service

**Posting Date** 05/21/26 **Application Deadline** 05/28/26 **Pay Range** Min - 1st Quartile - Mid - Max $23.00 - $26.25 - $29.50 - $36.00 The expected ENTRY pay range for this position, based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch, is $23.25 to $26.00.
