What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Three (3) years of administrative experience, High School diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Experience working in a court system, law office, or other legal setting, Experience with court procedures, legal terminology, and the legal requirements for processing court documents, Experience interacting with judges, commissioners, or attorneys, Completion of an accredited legal secretary or paralegal training program or certification

Providing administrative support to the judge
Managing the judge’s court calendars
Coordinating hearings
Handling inquiries from various stakeholders
and jury instructions
Performing the duties of
and acting as the Courtroom Assistant when necessary
