Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Engineering (or Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science with sufficient air program experience), Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Title V permit compliance and air quality consulting, Experience with TCEQ non-attainment area regulations, Experience with Asbestos NESHAP and ozone-depleting substance (ODS) requirements, United States citizenship
