Assist Executive Chef with kitchen needs

Cook and prepare food to order

Work all stations as required
Develop and train line staff
Assure safe and clean work conditions
Communicate with Executive Chef
Expedite Breakfast Buffet or Dinner service
Supervise and coordinate line crew
Maintain cleanliness guidelines
Assist in daily inventories
