Must Have
Minimum of 1 years of experience handling end-to-end payroll processes, Knowledge of Payroll structure, Social Security, and Tax regulation and administration, Excellent data management skills - Excel and database management skills, communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
Nice to Have
Spanish and/or Italian are a plus, Proactive, hands-on and eager to get your hands dirty!, Detailed oriented – you are a freak when it comes to details, Always looking for ways to improve processes and optimizing coordination between colleagues
What You'll Do.
support the people operation team in the monthly procedures
collect all payroll related information from managers
check and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis
Maintenance of the internal files and shared files with the providers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
Conduct payroll checks on the providers’ results and ensure data accuracy and data completion
help our employees with any tax-related questions with the support of our providers
Legal and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service
Support the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees’ payroll and benefits
Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits
Treat employees as internal customers and facilitate day-to-day work life
Conduct and coordinate internal audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data
Administer changes to salary
provide support to implement new Benefits packages or improve the current ones
Help keep our colleagues happy!

Be the go-between HR, Finance, Legal and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service; Support the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees’ payroll and benefits; optimizing coordination between colleagues
