What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, finance, or a related field (internships welcome), analytical abilities and a knack for turning data into actionable insights and data visualizations, Experience with reporting tools (Excel, OCRM, Tableau, etc. ), Familiarity with tools for collaboration and knowledge management (Google Suite, Notebook LLM and other AI tools etc. ), Curiosity to explore and test new AI tools to create more efficient ways of working, Effective communicator and team player, able to partner with cross-functional groups, Eagerness to learn, share knowledge, and improve processes continually, Sharp eye for detail and presentation skills, Fluency in English

Serve as the subject matter expert for Business Group reporting within the marketing reporting platform (OCRM)
and enhance regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
Collaborate with analytics and IT teams to upgrade reporting functionalities
Coordinate and support ad hoc x-functional process improvement projects to drive operational excellence (localization
Establish and continuously improve a centralized repository of marketing resources
and partner materials
Equip current teams with up-to-date templates
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and operational excellence within the marketing function
Contribute and support adhoc needs including beautification of marketing materials and presentations

In this role, you’ll be supporting the Personal Workplace Solutions business group Marketing team enabling key marketing processes—from managing purchase orders to deep-diving into cost analysis, reporting, and building resources for our marketing community. Key Responsibilities Central Point of Contact for Marketing Purchase Orders * Lead the creation, tracking, and management of all marketing Purchase Orders (POs). * Act as the main liaison between marketing, finance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth and compliant PO processing. * Troubleshoot and resolve PO issues efficiently.
