Full Job Description

We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Jr. IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support. The scope of responsibilities will include: * Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems * Supervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notification * Shared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.) * Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.) * Is responsible for documentation of system problems and resolutions * Assists with providing basic IT training to PSI staff, at the discretion of Training & Resourcing ## Qualifications * College Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field * At least 1+ years of experience in IT * Must be local to commute in-office in King of Prussia, PA * Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training is a plus * Related experience in systems and network administration * Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes ## Additional Information If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then this is the right choice for you.
