Role Overview As a Jr. HR Associate at Frontier, you will support talent acquisition efforts across multiple roles and clients. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to help deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and eager to build a career in recruitment and people operations. Key Responsibilities As a member of the Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means: Support sourcing efforts through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. Source candidates from diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines. Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong quality bar. Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles. Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring goals and timelines.
