Our Customer Success team is looking for some energetic, highly organised, passionate individual to join us as a Junior Growth Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible to nurture and maintain the trust that clients place in WorkMotion, ensuring a seamless experience for employing abroad. You will act as Voice and Advocate for our Clients, gathering feedback, and collaborating with other WorkMotion teams to optimize the service experience, remove obstacles, and maximize value for our client. ### ** What you will do as a Junior Growth Customer Success Manager.**.. Owning and Driving Client’s Journey with WorkMotion: * Client Onboarding: Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with WorkMotion. * Active Product Usage: Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns.
