What You'll Do.
providing customer service

methodological explanations
identification and monitoring of potential quality problems
Continuous communication with the client for application of changes
interpretation of results
presentation with client and follow-up to actions triggered by said analysis
Client Inquiries management: filtering
Client Order Management for feasibilities: filtering
Provide training to clients on NielsenIQ methodologies and variable calculation
Promotion of the use of technology
