What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business, Up to 2 years of experience, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English, Extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Quantitative and analytical mindset, Ability to work in ambiguous environments while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced setting, Excellent cross-group collaboration skills and teamwork skills, Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, Experience with Accounting Software Systems, USGAAP knowledge/experience
What You'll Do.
Supporting the client onboarding process
Assisting with and executing processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Monthly close activities
Preparation of financial reporting
Payroll and special projects as assigned
Preparing depreciation schedules
and sales tax returns
Reviewing and reconciling payroll records and employment tax returns
Supporting regular and detailed audits
Assisting with revenue forecasting and profit margin analysis
Supporting general ledger reconciliation
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Assisting in the preparation and filing of corporate and individual income tax returns
Assisting with assessing and researching complex tax issues
Assisting with research projects and the preparation of financial reports
