Experience with Oracle EnterpriseOne or SAP is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
supporting daily accounting operations
participating in monthly closing activities
Perform AR/AP functions
process large volumes of accounting transactions
Manage payment processing via online banking and checks
Vendor and customer adds
Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations for monthly closing
Maintain and update fixed asset records
Provide support with various tax activities
such as filing sales taxes
Support the preparation of financial statements and variance analysis
Contribute to the development and documentation of internal control procedures
Keep the management informed of issues and activities related to accounting systems
Additional functions like admin tasks may be assigned
