Must Have
Journeyperson Powerline Technician (PLT) certification, 5 years of electrical distribution experience, Class 4 Rubber Glove experience, Class DZ Drivers license, Up to date working at Heights Certification, Live within reasonable driving distance of the General Toronto Area
Nice to Have
AZ Drivers license, Previous experience with Toronto Hydro distribution network, Current Utility Worker Protection Code (UWPC) Training, Standard First Aid (CPR/AED)
What You'll Do.
Respond to system outages
troubleshoot and restore electrical service
Conduct switching operations
and maintain line equipment
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures
