POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber with experience in commercial mechanical construction projects. This role involves installing, assembling, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including schools, hospitals, offices, and industrial facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications. - Install, inspect, and test plumbing systems, including water, gas, drainage, and vent piping. - Set fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and pumps. - Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company standards. - Collaborate with general contractors, other trades, and supervisors to coordinate work. - Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines on job sites. - Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed. - Mentor and guide apprentices when applicable.
