During the off season this position will work on various projects and preventive maintenance. This is a full-time year-round benefit eligible position, paid at $30.00 - $35.00/hr, based on experience. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES** * Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures * Ability to braze and solder pipes and tubes * Locate and repair water line leaks and remove clogs * Diagnose plumbing problems and work to resolve any issues * Determine and order materials for each project * Perform pressure tests on air and water systems * Other general maintenance duties as needed and assigned * Respond to and close w
