This comprehensive facilities engineering role combines technical expertise with operational excellence, requiring you to respond to trouble ticket/work order requests in speedy fashion with positive attitude while composing concise, clear email communication regarding current status of on-going projects and informing JLL team members when appropriate. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to operational excellence by maintaining records, operation logs and files including preventative maintenance logs, tasks, parts inventory, operating procedures, and Methods of Procedures documentation while applying working knowledge and skills in HVAC distribution and controls to make adjustments and corrective actions to resolve work orders, ensure occupant comfort and ensure critical room dependability. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Perform preventive/reactive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems including air handling units and CRAC
