What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical field, Hands-on experience with NJUNS, Joint Use 365, and Smartsheet, Professional and client-focused approach when working with internal teams and external partners, communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, Working knowledge of project accounting, with the ability to manage schedules and budgets across multiple projects, Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
What You'll Do.
Oversee the creation and classification of billable and non-billable work orders for permits and operational tasks
ensuring compliance with company standards.
Audit and validate permit workflows
including cancellations and construction transitions
to maintain accurate tracking and project coding in Daffron.
Perform quality assurance reviews of work orders to ensure data integrity and adherence to established processes.
Prepare and manage pole attachment rental invoicing accurately and on time.
Maintain a centralized database of attachment owner contact and billing information
ensuring records remain current and accurate.
Manage shared digital resources
including Joint Use shared drives and contractor documentation repositories.
Monitoring aging permits pending Make Ready approval and follow up with permitting entities as needed.
Track pending payments and construction deadlines for active permits.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between contractors and permitting entities to resolve project- and permit-related issues in a timely manner.; Coordinate with district operations, construction supervisors, and contractor coordinators to support efficient workflow execution.; Act as the department representative for NJUNS, Joint Use 365, and Smartsheet, helping resolve issues and improve system use.; Professional and client-focused approach when working with internal teams and external partners.; ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
