Experience with JTACs, SOF, and Joint Fires, Experience assisting in building scenarios and shaping training for customers in the virtual environment, including GRNTS, MACE, MOC-T, VRSG or MVR, or virtual environment applications, Knowledge of system capabilities and limitations to keep training within the scope of reality for associated participants and equipment, Ability to derive information from complex military CONOPs and apply data to Live, Virtual, or Constructive scenarios, TS/SCI clearance, HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Experience as a SOF JTAC-Instructor or SOF JTAC-Evaluator, Experience in distributed and Live, Virtual, and Constructive missions across the DoD and multi-national enterprises, utilizing applications and software programs such as MACE, VRSG, GRNTS, and PRINCE systems as part of Air Force program initiatives, Knowledge of CAS doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, Ability to brief small and large groups to provide training assessment and feedback, Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
