Must Have
Proven experience as joiner, Proven experience as handyman, Expertise in response maintenance, Understanding of surveying, Understanding of fault finding, Understanding of roofing repairs, Understanding of general joinery, Versatility in handyman tasks, Excellent customer service skills, Effective communication with clients, Effective communication with team members, Adherence to safety regulations, Commitment to safe work environment, Certification or apprenticeship in joinery, UK Driving Licence

What You'll Do.
Respond to maintenance requests
Carry out joinery repairs
Perform fault-finding
Undertake building fabric tasks
Undertake handyman tasks
Complete minor roofing repairs
Conduct reactive gutter cleaning
Perform surface touch ups
Perform drywall repairs
Install small equipment
Support furniture moves
Support office reconfigurations
Support minor relocations
Engage professionally with clients
Provide clear communication on works
Maintain customer focused approach
Represent company positively
Perform fire door inspections
Perform gutter condition checks
Perform roof condition checks
Perform window inspections
Complete PPM documentation
Deliver maintenance tasks efficiently
Use materials responsibly
Use resources responsibly
Plan work effectively
Collaborate with facilities team
Communicate clearly with colleagues
Support team objectives
Contribute to positive environment
Replace failed equipment
