ABOUT KYRA Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The other builds our subscription product, the platform behind them. Both are growing fast, which is where you come in. Don't see a role that fits right now? Most of our roles are London-based and need existing UK right to work, but we also hire across the US and Europe, and some roles can sit anywhere. The Talent Pool is how we keep track of brilliant people before those roles go live. We hire across: - Product and Engineering - Sales - Client Success - Campaign Management - Strategy - Marketing / Growth - Paid Media - Project Management - Operations, including Finance, Legal, and People and Recruitment - To be defined - you think we're missing a role, and you've got the idea for it What's a Talent Pool? It's a group of people who want to register their interest in joining Kyra in the future. It keeps us in touch with you for new roles, hiring events, and everything else going on here. How does it work? It's our first stop when we start hiring. We search the pool and reach out to relevant people before we advertise a role anywhere else. Anyone can join, whatever your experience or background. We do the filtering on our side. So I'll hear about new Kyra roles first? Often, yes. We go to the Talent Pool before we open a role up publicly. I don't work in one of those teams, can I still apply to join? Yes. The pool is for every function and every level.
