What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of a Valid California Driver’s License/ID, 3 years of a Clean Driving Record, 21 years of age for driving positions, 18 years of age or older, Ability to provide engaging instruction, Ability to respond to challenging behaviors, Ability to work effectively on teams, Knowledge of standard computer systems, Ability to work with detailed and confidential information, Oral and written communication skills, Ability to effectively communicate with parents, caregivers, team, and external partners, Demonstrate a positive outlook, Ability to adapt to change, Awareness of, sensitivity to, and competence in supporting people with developmental disabilities, Proof of negative TB test results, Verification of physical clearance, Passing a criminal fingerprint clearance

Education Degree in applicable field, Specialized certificate, Applicable work or volunteer experience
What You'll Do.
Provide engaging instruction
Utilize modification techniques
Support behavioral plans
Oversee case management
Complete related documentation and reports
Supervise participants during volunteer activities
Assist participants during paid work

AbilityPath is looking for Immersion Instructor to join our team! The The Immersion Instructor provides engaging, community-based instruction in support of high-quality participant services.
