Must Have
Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, Communication and interpersonal skills, Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude, Ability to build trusting relationships with both members and community partners
Nice to Have
Prior experience in job coaching, Prior experience in social services, Prior experience in a related field
What You'll Do.
Provide coaching and support at job sites
Provide coaching and support at volunteer opportunities
Provide coaching and support at training sessions
Assist individuals in learning job tasks
Assist individuals in adapting to workplace environments
Encourage and reinforce appropriate work behavior
Encourage and reinforce appropriate work etiquette
Monitor progress and provide feedback to members
Monitor progress and provide feedback to supervisor
Collaborate with employers to promote inclusive employment practices
Maintain detailed records
Maintain progress reports
