In this role, you will: * Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey. * Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities. * Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work. * Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services. * Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements. ## Qualifications You don’t need Employment Services experience, we provide full training. You will bring: * Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role. * A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers. * Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders. * The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment. * A current driver’s l
