designing and delivering technical solutions
developing and maintaining advanced workflows in Atlassian JIRA
and other Atlassian products
designing and creating JIRA projects
and actionable reports
and deploying plugins
utilizing APIs and scripting to implement advanced Jira configurations
and enhance system functionality
overseeing the maintenance
and enhancements of JIRA
ensuring seamless integration with other platforms and plugins
managing and aligning Aha! with JIRA processes and standards
leading and executing Jira
Confluence & other tool migrations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaborate with teams across Product & Tech Org or other business units; collaborate with key stakeholders; collaborate with stakeholders to design and create JIRA projects; collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring seamless functionality; providing guidance, training, and documentation to Product & Tech teams; engaging with colleagues to share ideas and build meaningful relationships
