What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, Basic ability to operate gemological or verification tools and equipment under guidance
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences, Geology, or related field, Graduate Gemologist (GG) diploma or equivalent credential, Experience working in a fast-paced, structured, and process-driven environment, Prior experience in jewelry, manufacturing, or laboratory settings, Familiarity with standardized evaluation or inspection processes
