We are now looking for an experienced **Java Technical Lead** with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects. **Responsibilities:** * Technical guidance of a medium sized team * Development and maintenance of Java applications and Microservices * Code reviews and ensuring code quality * Participation in technical design and architectural decisions * Support and mentoring of junior team members * Collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other development teams * Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and task planning * Coordination of technical matters across different teams **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field * 5–8 years of experience in software development with Java * Previous experience as a Senior Developer, Team Lead, or Technical Lead of a small team * Very good knowledge of modern Java versions (11+) * Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architectures * Experience with REST APIs and relational databases * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment * Good knowledg
