We are now looking for an experienced **Java Tech Lead** with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Vaadin framework (version 14 and above) * Develop robust, scalable, and efficient web services using REST and SOAP protocols * Configure and deploy Java applications on JEE application servers such as Websphere, Weblogic, and JBoss * Design and implement database solutions using RDBMS, preferably DB2 * Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards * Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code is maintainable, scalable, and efficient * Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Java applications * Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the application meets the required quality standards * Participate in technical discussions and provide input on design and architecture of the application **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a relat
