Must Have
Minimum of 10 years of proven software development experience, specializing in Java, Spring Boot, React, Oracle, Kafka, MongoDB, In-depth knowledge of modern application architecture, Clear understanding of Data Structures and Object-Oriented Principles using Java principles, Multiple years of experience architecting and building horizontally scalable, highly available, highly resilient, and low latency applications, Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for enhancing development workflows, Proficiency in Microservices frameworks (e. g. , Spring Boot), Event-Driven Services, Cloud-Native Application Development, Multiple years of experience on Service Oriented and Microservices architectures, REST and GraphQL implementations, Multiple years of experience with Cloud-native development, Container Orchestration tools (Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc. ), Proficiency with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, tools for building (e. g. , Maven, Gradle), deploying code (e. g. , Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift), Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of robust web applications, expertise in developing intuitive user interfaces using contemporary JavaScript frameworks (e. g. , React), HTML5, CSS, Solid experience in developing server-side logic and APIs using languages such as Java, Python, or similar, knowledge of NoSQL best practices in MongoDB or other document DBs in the are of modeling and scaling, Proficient knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), Proven capability in designing, developing, and implementing high-performance RESTful APIs leveraging appropriate frameworks and technologies, Practical experience working within Agile development methodologies, utilizing project management tools such as JIRA, Ability to develop and automate comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality, Solid understanding and practical experience with code versioning tools, GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
