**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients** **Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 8-30 LPA)** Experience: 7+ yrs Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: full-time We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong Full Stack development expertise to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead backend engineering initiatives while contributing to frontend and mobile integrations using modern technologies and frameworks. This role requires deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and mobile application frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. You will be responsible for leading technical execution, ensuring secure and high-performance application delivery, and implementing best coding practices across development teams. The position demands a strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, system scalability, and Agile delivery methodologies.
