Full Job Description

The **Java + Basic DevOps Engineer** is the primary L2 resolver for complex application incidents across the operations platform (fleet/routing) and driver management queues. This role handles issues that require code-level investigation, configuration changes, or deployment actions — escalated from L1 when KB articles are insufficient.
