Do you? **The Mission** **Payments & Settlement Services – Real‑Time Payments Engine (RTPE)** RTPE is a **mission‑critical, real‑time payments platform** processing high‑volume, low‑latency transactions across ING. It plays a central role in SEPA, instant payments, and ISO 20022 message processing, ensuring **availability, resilience, and correctness** under strict regulatory and operational constraints. RTPE operates in a **24/7 production environment** , handling millions of messages, integrating with multiple upstream and downstream systems, and supporting continuous modernization (e.g. migration from legacy integrations to Java‑based listeners and modern event‑driven architectures). **Your day to day** Even if you start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our offi
