Must Have
Excellent communication skills in German and English, Solid experience developing enterprise software systems using core Java technologies, Proficiency with Spring frameworks (Spring MVC, Spring Boot) and related technologies, knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres), Experience with Git and CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitLab CI or similar), Demonstrated understanding of microservices architecture principles, Ability to design and implement REST APIs, problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication and collaborative abilities, Experience with version control systems and Agile/Scrum methodologies, Familiarity with software testing and debugging practices
Nice to Have
Experience with Terraform and / or Ansible, Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, Experience with Postgres databases, Knowledge of Java 21 or recent Java versions, Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, Previous experience working in cross-functional Scrum teams
