What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years as Developer within a distributed, service-based, large-scale enterprise technology environment, 4+ years of experience in development of Data Acquisition, creation of rule ready data sets, proficiency in SQL, experience with Oracle database management, Java 17 or higher, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL, demonstrated experience in design and build out of building Enterprise level Jakarta EE 10 or higher, Spring Boot 3. 4 or higher, Spring MVC, Webservices / REST, JSON, Apache tomcat, Websphere, requirements / defect management tools (like JIRA), source code management tools (like GitHub, bit bucket), Change management Tools (like ServiceNow), build and Release management Tools (Jenkins, Maven), experience with batch job Scheduling (Autosys JIL), Very good understanding of software development life cycle, Release Management, Ability to design, organize, and implement module, perform system testing, plan and automate tasks to maintain existing system, Ability to research and trouble-shoot application problems, Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions, Good experience system analysis, in programming of software applications, Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate, Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
