Must Have
2-3 YOE with Java backend development, Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security), Experience in building microservices architecture, Proficient in REST API development and integration, Working knowledge of ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA), Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, Good English communication skills (verbal & written, equivalent IELTS 5.5, CEFR B1 or TOEIC 700+)
Nice to Have
Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Familiarity with SQL (Management Information System and Regulatory Reporting solutions) and Oracle, Korean is plus
